| Arriving at FUN. The nightclub exterior on a stretch of Madison street in Chinatown known
as "Mechanic's Alley." The facade and the ambiance
are "industrial." A strict cyber-fetish dress code was in
force and included "imaginative head to toe black". Rubber
Man at right really took "head to toe" literally ...from pony
tail to platforms. |
Rubber Man arrived when the evening was still young.
He was amenable to being photographed and I proceeded with caution.
More Rubber Man on page 2. That smiling waiter in the background
with the mime look also has matching pants to his "underwear
ensemble." He safety pinned many pairs together to make
latticed chaps. |
May I take your order? Yes...I'll have an inverted
Calvin's on the rocks. This waitress is wearing an "inverted men's
underwear" tank top. The modified crotch provides a new
plunging neckline... "The Crotch V." Can you imagine what this
would look like if a guy put this back on as underwear après
modification? It would make a good Robin Byrd act. |
